Social networking on face book

I am in the processes of building a Social presence with facebook being a primary, of course confidentiality is and always will be be the primary concern. So I have created a couple of pages I am needing to test them completely and verify that the I have set privacy and security permissions correct for the pages.

I am a little frustrated with the inability to communicate effectively with he group and with members.

For those who have accounts on facebook they are comfortable with you can always search me out there under my name Sharon Valmont and add me there.

ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN

ALL I REALLY NEED TO KNOW I LEARNED IN KINDERGARTEN

(a guide for Global Leadership)

All I really need to know about how to live and what to do and how to be I learned in kindergarten. Wisdom was not at the top of the graduate school mountain, but there in the sand pile at school.
These are the things I learned:

Share everything.
Play fair.
Don’t hit people.
Put things back where you found them.
Clean up your own mess.
Don’t take things that aren’t yours.
Say you’re sorry when you hurt somebody.
Wash your hands before you eat.
Flush.

An introduction from the president – A new Era

Hello all,

First of all, for those who do not know me I am Sharon Valmont I previous member of Cornbury and still always devoted and dedicated to what Cornbury and the group for what Cornbury is and can be. Many members for the executive in the past have been performing there roles with remarkable diligence for many years. After reading and hearing about the directions Cornbury has been going it felt it was time for a new change in faces and skills to lead Cornbury into a new direction in the coming year or two.

A New President

Congratulations!!!! and thank you Sharon.
Like Marijka said a new face that was a member awhile back should bring some new life to Cornbury. I believe that all of us want to see Cornbury thrive. It sure would be nice to have new members and see us grow and have some other activities.
I like your idea of getting a link on some other web sites to send people to our site.

Cornbury Society a “Riderless Horse.”

I had been invited over from the Island to spend the day with a friend, a member of the Cornbury Society. One of the things we planned to do, was to attend the Cornbury AGM. (One of the things I’d long wished I could do, but, well…I live on the Island. With ferry fares, meals, and transportation, not to mention the late night return, it’s neither practical nor affordable.) So you will understand I was looking forward to this evening with a feeling of wonderful anticipation. A Cornbury meeting at last! Much as I hate to say so, I left with a feeling of terrible disappointment.
